On-board Camera Lux DV Light
16x9 Inc. introduces the new Lux-DV on-board camera light from Bebob Engineering. Lux-DV is smartly designed to offer three uses in one convenient light: on-board camera, handheld and stand-mounted, without the need for extra accessories or brackets.
Ultra Efficient, 30% more output.
This smart on-board light integrates a flip-out 5600ºK dichroic filter for convenient light control. Lux-DV 20W bulbs feature a built-in mirror and diffuser and employ IRC technology for 30% more output than traditional camera lights. Therefore a 20W bulb provides the output of a 35W. In addition, the integrated Softstart® electronics prevent start-up peak battery overload.
Tiny profile. Lightweight.
This rugged little light, weighs less than 8.8 oz. (250g) when fully equipped with 2 barndoors,
filter and power cable. So its the ideal companion for camcorders regardless of size.
Cool handling.
Lux-DV features easy controls like a smartly marked on/off toggle and a built-in bulb ejector to eliminate finger burns. The ejector safely pushes the old bulb out of the light's ceramic mount. To install a new bulb, simply push the ejector back to normal position.
